Lenders ranked based on products and client priorities
Canadian Mortgage Professional has revealed the top-performing mortgage lenders in the country for 2025, based on feedback from brokers nationwide who assessed product quality and service consistency.
The findings, published in Canadian Mortgage Professional’s 5-Star Mortgage Products report, were based on broker responses evaluating the lenders that best meet client needs across a range of lending segments.
Survey highlights broker priorities
Through an open online survey, mortgage brokers were invited to share input on which lenders and products they rely on most. The assessment spanned several product types, including fixed-rate and variable-rate mortgages, commercial loans, and refinancing options.
Brokers rated each lender’s offerings on a five-point scale, with criteria focusing on both product performance and broker support. They were also asked to identify the factors most relevant to clients when choosing mortgage solutions, as well as areas where demand is expected to increase over the next 12 months.
