Annual cross-market report recognizes influential industry leaders worldwide
Canadian Mortgage Professional, together with its partner publications – Mortgage Introducer, Mortgage Professional America, Mortgage Professional Australia and NZ Adviser, has released the latest edition of the Global 100 list of top mortgage professionals.
Now in its seventh year, the Global 100 aims to identify 100 influential individuals from across the sector who have made a notable impact over the past 12 months. Editorial teams across the five publications – covering Canada, UK, US, Australia and New Zealand – drew on their regular engagement with industry participants through news coverage, special reports, surveys, awards and events to compile the final list.
The report focuses on mortgage leaders operating in markets that continue to face shifting interest rate conditions, regulatory change and ongoing digital transformation. Against that backdrop, the editors sought to recognise senior figures and emerging leaders who have contributed to organisational performance, sector resilience and knowledge sharing, as well as those involved in shaping policy debates and association activity.

According to the publishers, the professionals named in this year’s Global 100 list have been recognised for their commitment to their organisations, teams and wider stakeholders during the qualifying period. The list includes long-established industry figures as well as newer leaders whose work is influencing business practices and customer outcomes.
Those selected are described as helping to move the mortgage industry forward by developing their firms, strengthening trade and professional bodies, contributing to market education and focusing on issues likely to shape the sector in the coming years.
