Invis Mortgage Intelligence is marking a milestone year, 25 years of empowering brokers, fostering community, and leading with heart. As one of Canada’s largest national full-service brokerages, Invis Mortgage Intelligence continues to stand out not only for its performance and reach, but for a culture that has always put people first.
A culture built on family, community, and belonging
Since its founding, Invis Mortgage Intelligence has been defined by collaboration and care. A people-first philosophy has guided every decision, from leadership strategy to grassroots community initiatives.
“From day one, Invis Mortgage Intelligence was built on the belief that success starts with relationships,” says Rudy Naraine, who had the privilege of joining Invis Mortgage Intelligence as President in 2023. “For 25 years, our brokerage has built a foundation rooted in trust, belonging, and shared purpose, and that’s what makes our community so special. As we look to the future, our goal remains the same: to support our brokers with the tools, training, and connections they need to thrive.”
Now nearly two years into his presidency, Naraine’s leadership has been characterized by deep listening and genuine connection. His first year focused on building trust, engaging in one-on-one conversations with brokers nationwide, and understanding what makes the brand’s culture so unique. What he found was clear, Invis Mortgage Intelligence is a brand built on pride, family, and belonging.
National reach, local connection
With a coast-to-coast footprint, Invis Mortgage Intelligence supports brokers from British Columbia to Atlantic Canada with a full-service platform that combines national strength with regional expertise. That commitment to connection is reflected in the leadership team’s local engagement across the country.
In Western Canada, Regional Vice President Tony Kreutzer continues to strengthen connections and foster a sense of community across the network. He highlights Rosa Bovino, who celebrated her 20th anniversary with Invis this year and also marked her 20th year leading in Angels in the Night in Winnipeg.
Bovino has long been the driving force behind the fundraiser, supported by her dedicated team that works alongside her to make a meaningful impact each year. Together, their efforts have helped raise over $500,000 to support homeless shelters and vulnerable communities.
“Events like Angels in the Night bring together lenders, partners, and brokers from every corner of the industry,” Kreutzer says. “It’s a true reflection of what makes Invis Mortgage Intelligence special: community, collaboration, and compassion.”
In Southwestern Ontario, Chris Anaemet, Regional Manager, has introduced Lender Connect, a grassroots event series designed to bring brokers and lenders together in local markets. The open invitation to brokers from any network reflects Invis Mortgage Intelligence’s inclusive philosophy.
“These events aren’t about competition,” says Anaemet. “They’re about connection, helping brokers learn, collaborate, and build stronger communities.”
Meanwhile, in the GTA and Eastern Canada, Regional Vice President Scott Wittrup is dedicated to helping brokers grow their businesses and build lasting legacies. Many of his brokers have been with Invis Mortgage Intelligence since the very beginning, and several are now proudly welcoming their children into the industry to continue the family tradition.
Alongside supporting individual initiatives and sponsoring cultural community events, Wittrup’s ongoing recruitment efforts, mentorship, and hands-on guidance foster a spirit of continuity and shared success that truly reflects the Invis Mortgage Intelligence community.
Empowering brokers through training and marketing
Invis Mortgage Intelligence’s dedication to broker success extends far beyond community events, it’s backed by the full strength and resources of M3 Group. Together, they’ve built a robust ecosystem of learning and marketing support designed to help brokers thrive in a rapidly evolving market.
Flagship programs like Insights and Inside IMI have become cornerstones of the brand’s professional development strategy, offering brokers opportunities to learn, grow, and stay connected through engaging sessions and thought leadership. This year, brokers also benefited from M3’s Summer School digital training series, which delivered practical, hands-on lessons in marketing, content creation, and social media. This series empowered brokers to enhance their online presence and connect more effectively with clients.
From marketing tools and personalized support to one-on-one coaching and digital education, Invis Mortgage Intelligence ensures that every broker, whether new or seasoned, has access to the knowledge, resources, and inspiration needed to build thriving, future-ready businesses.
Recognition and the road ahead
This year, Invis Mortgage Intelligence was named Best National Full-Service Brokerage at the Canadian Mortgage Awards, a testament to its unwavering leadership and collaborative culture.
As the brand looks ahead, Naraine reflects on the legacy and the next chapter:
“This milestone isn’t just about our past, it’s about the people who have shaped our story and the brokers who continue to make it stronger every day. The future of Invis Mortgage Intelligence is bright because it’s built on something that never goes out of style: community, care, and connection.”
