Finsure expands CitoPlus integration

Enhanced integration to simplify workflow and improve loan submissions for brokers

Finsure expands CitoPlus integration

Mortgage aggregator network Finsure has expanded its collaboration with CitoPlus, integrating the digital commercial lodgement platform more closely into its Infynity customer relationship management system.

The move allows Finsure brokers to access CitoPlus directly through Infynity, eliminating the need for separate login details. The integration aims to simplify the commercial lending process for brokers and their clients, supporting more efficient loan submissions to lenders.

CitoPlus automates data collection, providing brokers and their SME clients with improved insight into business operations, accurate collateral information, serviceability assessments, and financial analysis. This supports the preparation of loan applications for a range of lenders.

Jas Fazlic (pictured top), head of commercial at Finsure, described the integration as a further step in supporting brokers’ commercial growth. “The CitoPlus platform has been a game-changer for brokers within our network writing commercial deals,” he said.

“Since first integrating a little over two years ago, it has played a significant part in the 40% growth in commercial loan volumes we’ve experienced over the last 24 months. This streamlined integration will no doubt build on that growth.”

“We have enjoyed partnering with Finsure over the past two years and they are one of the most progressive aggregators in the Australian market,” said Richard Winkett, co-founder of CitoPlus. “Our solution is designed first and foremost for brokers, and we are delighted to continue working with Finsure as we deepen the integrated experience.

“Digital lodgement via CitoPlus delivers a faster time to decision and a better experience for brokers and their customers, enabling this via Infynity is a key component to deliver an amazing experience for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) when seeking the right tailored loan solution.”
