Stronger broker-agent ties set to drive faster, more effective client outcomes

Mortgage brokerage Loan Market is strengthening its partnership with real estate agency group Ray White across South Australia and the Northern Territory, aiming to drive faster, tech-enabled outcomes in the residential property sector.
The alliance is gaining momentum, with more than 30 brokers, real estate agents, and corporate leaders from both brands recently meeting in Adelaide to reinforce cooperation. The session focused on improving the broker-agent relationship to deliver better client experiences and long-term value.
According to Erin Manhood (pictured above), state director for Loan Market SA/NT, the exclusive partnership is already showing tangible results.
“It’s a chance for people to talk, connect and really get to know each other because those relationships are where the real value begins,” she said. “This isn’t just about leads. It’s about genuine, long-term, sustainable partnerships.”
That strategy appears to be working. Loan Market SA/NT has reported a strong performance in FY25, with April 2025 recording a 130% year-on-year increase in receipted settlements – the region’s highest growth rate this financial year.
Manhood said deeper collaboration gives Ray White agents the ability to integrate finance into their offering, while brokers benefit from earlier involvement in the client journey.
“We’re not here to tick boxes or hand over business cards,” she said. “We’re building genuine partnerships. That means brokers are brought into the sales journey earlier, clients are supported faster and outcomes are stronger.
“The goal is simple: maximise trust and transparency so that clients feel supported across the whole property transaction journey,” Manhood said.
She added that the SA/NT team will continue to create both informal and structured opportunities for brokers and agents to stay aligned on market trends, challenges, and client needs.
“This is how we grow, and SA/NT is a great proof point,” Manhood said. “Not as two separate businesses, but as one connected ecosystem that delivers better outcomes for everyone.”
