Aggregator bolsters national broker support network across compliance, technology and member engagement
outsource Financial has appointed six new staff members and promoted two existing employees since February, as the aggregator continues to build out its national support infrastructure for mortgage and finance brokers. The new hires span member engagement, compliance, technology, marketing and commissions.
Camille Choa has joined as engagement coordinator, bringing experience from the venue and event agency sectors, with a remit covering member events, communications and social media.
Damien Holt has been appointed compliance officer; he brings experience across mortgage management, mortgage broking, credit and training, and previously ran his own business for approximately ten years.
Roula Tasi joins as commissions administration officer, Milan Mrvic as technology officer, Rose Asarez as audit officer, and Elize Marquez as graphic designer.

"As our network continues to grow, so too does our responsibility to provide exceptional support, education and expertise to our members," said Tanya Sale (pictured top), chief executive of outsource Financial.
"We've been incredibly fortunate to attract talented individuals who not only bring valuable industry experience and fresh perspectives, but who also align strongly with our culture and values. At the same time, seeing existing team members progress into leadership positions is equally rewarding and highlights the opportunities available within our organisation."
On the promotions side, Irene D'Arcy has moved from investigations and broker assurance officer to investigations and broker assurance manager. Tenille Gibson, who joined the business in September 2025, has been promoted from learning and development coordinator to national manager, learning and development.
Sale said the combined appointments and internal promotions set the business up for its next stage of growth.
"Our people are at the heart of everything we do," she stated. By continuing to invest in specialist expertise, leadership development and member support, we're ensuring outsource Financial remains well-positioned to help brokers succeed in an increasingly complex and competitive environment."
