Leshetz to lead bespoke coaching for top-performing brokers
Loan Market has named Oren Leshetz (pictured) as its newest business coach, tasking him with delivering tailored coaching to high-performing brokers through the company’s Elevate program.
Leshetz, who has a background in business banking at NAB and experience in commercial finance and consulting, will oversee a new stream within Elevate. This stream will focus on the Chairman’s Group and other top-performing businesses at Loan Market.
The Elevate program, which aims to help brokers expand their businesses within a year, has reported that participants increase appointments by 77%, settlements by 56%, and team capacity by 82%.
David McQueen, chief executive of Loan Market, said Leshetz’s appointment aligns with the company’s focus on broker growth. “We’re focused on bringing in specialists to the team who deliver real outcomes,” he said. “Elevate has already helped brokers break through their growth plateaus.
“Oren adds even more firepower, specifically helping our largest and highest-performing businesses go deeper with their plans, providing expert guidance that will really make a difference to productivity, profitability and leadership.”
Leshetz will work directly with leading brokers to implement growth strategies and maintain focus on business objectives. He will also collaborate with Broker Success Managers to enhance support for brokers nationwide.
According to Michael Karpathakis, head of business coaching at Loan Market, Elevate has had a measurable impact on broker development. “Brokers are becoming better leaders, attracting the right talent, and growing in a way that’s sustainable,” he said.
“Oren’s role is to help them keep that momentum going. I’m really excited to expand the program, introducing Oren and his insights and expertise to our highest-performing businesses, meeting their unique needs.”
Commenting on his appointment, Leshetz stated he was attracted to Loan Market’s approach to broker support, which allows for innovative and customised coaching.
“While my career began in financial services, I have experience working in start-up and I’ve developed an industry agnostic perspective on small business success having run my own business consultancy over the last five years,” he said. “It’s these insights that I’m looking forward to sharing with Loan Market business owners on a high-growth trajectory.”
The appointment comes as Loan Market continues to expand its local leadership. Anne-Marie Deieso has become associate director for Victoria, while Ali Hill has taken on the same role in Queensland. They join Alberto Gorgioski, who was appointed as the first associate director in New South Wales last year.
