Aggregator appoints new managers to guide business owners through transition
Mortgage aggregator LMG has announced the addition of two new team members to provide support for business owners joining LMG and Loan Market.
Natalie Viney (pictured top right) has taken up the position of broker success manager in New South Wales, while Anneliese Lambooy (pictured top left) has been named growth manager for Queensland. Both will focus on assisting new business owners as they integrate into the network, aiming to ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide guidance to help them establish and expand their operations.
The appointments, the aggregator said, are part of its ongoing efforts to enhance resources for brokers entering its network. This includes dedicated onboarding initiatives, technology solutions, training programmes, and marketing support.
Lambooy joins LMG with experience in the proptech sector, having previously worked on engagement and adoption initiatives for real estate agencies at the listings platform Homely.
“I’ve spent a lot of time supporting business owners with their strategic goals,” Lambooy said. “Coming into LMG, it’s easy to see the investment that’s gone into MyCRM – it’s clear that brokers here are set up to scale with the right tools behind them. Overall, the support and training on offer strengthens businesses at every stage of their journeys.”
Viney, who has received recognition in the industry including BDM of the Year, returns to a familiar environment, having previously managed the Loan Market portfolio during her tenure at Bridgit.
“LMG has a strong reputation for looking after its business owners, and it’s been amazing to see that culture in action,” Viney said.
Ewen Stafford (pictured right), who was named chief executive in March, said the new appointments would be instrumental in helping new brokers adapt to the organisation and benefit from its offerings.
