Christian Stevens will help co-design data tools for broking industry
Cotality, the data and analytics provider formerly known as CoreLogic, has appointed Flint director Christian Stevens as its first broker ambassador.
The move aligns with the rollout of Cotality’s new suite of broker tools, designed to support brokers throughout the entire client lifecycle – from identifying early selling signals to maintaining post-settlement engagement.
Chris Wagner, Head of Broker at Cotality, said the appointment is a key part of putting brokers at the centre of product innovation.
“The broker channel is evolving quickly,” said Wagner. “We want to ensure brokers have access to high-quality data, automation that works, and tools that support long-term client relationships.”
Stevens, a long-time advocate for tech-led mortgage solutions, said his focus will be on practical, broker-friendly innovation.
Stevens said: “We’ve built our business on data – it’s how we give sound mortgage advice and help clients make informed property decisions.
“Cotality’s tools make that easier. The data is accurate, easy to use, and aligned to how brokers actually work – not how a platform thinks they should. This role is about making sure technology serves brokers, not the other way around.”

Lisa Jennings, executive – corporate business development at Cotality, said Stevens’ appointment signals a shift from building products for brokers to building with them.
“We’re delighted to welcome Christian as our broker ambassador. His deep experience in the broker market brings a valuable perspective to our product development process,” said Jennings. “His insights are already helping us test assumptions, validate ideas and stay focused on what brokers really need to succeed. It’s a true partnership.”
