It has been a busy few months on the recruitment side for national mortgage aggregator outsource Financial.

Last September, the group added Tenille Gibson (pictured, left) to the team as learning and development coordinator, bringing with her 26 years worth of expertise as Westpac, including 16 years in learning and development.

Joining outsource Financial “felt like the perfect fit” for Gibson. “Their focus on supporting members to grow their businesses and strengthen relationships with clients and lenders really spoke to me. At the end of the day, it’s about helping more people achieve their dream of home ownership – and that’s something I care deeply about.”

As of 1 January, Donn Tariga (pictured, centre) – who joined the aggregator as a business development manager (BDM) nearly  three years ago – has stepped up as national manager, broker partnerships.

Tariga’s progression up the company ladder was written in the stars after making a slash at the 2025 Australian Mortgage Awards, where he won the Firstmac Best Aggregator BDM gong.

“I’m most excited about the chance to see what we can achieve together as a national team,” Tariga said of his new role. “We already have an exceptional group, and my focus is on how we can be 1% better every single day.

“My passion has always been about the people we serve, and I truly believe that it’s those small wins in service and connection that end up making the biggest difference for our members.”

Replacing Tariga, outsource Financial has brought on Andrew Sunna (pictured, right) as a relationship manager for New South Wales and the ACT.

“I was drawn to outsource Financial because of its strong reputation and the way it genuinely supports both brokers and clients,” said Sunna. “The relationship manager role stood out to me because it’s about building long-term relationships, being a trusted point of contact, and helping deals progress smoothly from start to finish.

“That balance of people, problem-solving, and outcomes really suits how I work.”

outsource Financial Chief executive Tanya Sale (pictured, immediate right) said the appointments reflect both the company’s momentum and its people-first focus.

“Over the past six months, we’ve focused on building a team of individuals who are not only highly capable, but deeply aligned with the outsource Financial culture – one built on partnership, education, and genuine care for our members.

“Tenille, Donn, and Andrew each bring unique strengths that support our long-term strategy, and I’m thrilled to see how they each help shape the next chapter of our national growth.”

outsource Financial’s growth has been “intentional”, added Sale. “Rooted in service, education, and meaningful connection. These appointments strengthen our national footprint and ensure we continue delivering exceptional support to brokers across Australia.”
