Help spotlight the next generation of mortgage professionals making their mark on the Australian industry
MPA has officially launched nominations for Rising Stars 2026 – the annual showcase recognising the most promising young professionals driving the future of Australia’s mortgage industry.
This is your chance to shine a light on high-performing young individuals who are already making a significant impact.
To be considered, nominees must:
- be aged 35 or under as of 31 December 2025
- have worked as an accredited broker for no more than two years as of 30 September 2025
- have written at least $15 million in loans from 1 October 2024 to 30 September 2025
Submit a nomination by Friday, 24 October.
We’re calling on industry leaders, managers, mentors and peers to help us uncover the next wave of talent. These are the professionals who are winning client trust, embracing innovation and raising the bar for what excellence in mortgage lending looks like.
