NZ Adviser is proud to announce that nominations are now open for Elite Women 2026 – our annual showcase celebrating the outstanding achievements of female leaders across the New Zealand mortgage industry.
Each year, the list highlights the innovators, mentors and changemakers who are driving the sector forward. Now, we're calling on the industry to help us identify the next group of inspiring women making a difference – whether through strategic leadership, innovative thinking or a commitment to supporting others in the profession.
Nominations are open to women across all roles and seniority levels who are setting new standards in the mortgage industry. Nominees can be colleagues, senior team members, industry leaders – or even yourself.

Winners will be announced in March in celebration of International Women’s Month 2026.
