Pepper Money ramps up broker support with senior hires in Victoria

Pepper Money is stepping up its game in Victoria through the addition of two key appointments in the Garden State.

Nick Green (pictured, right) has stepped into the role of southern regional manager, overseeing Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, Western Australia, and the Northern Territory.

With more than 17 years in financial services, Green is tasked with driving deeper partnerships with brokers and aggregators.

“What drew me to Pepper Money is their reputation in the industry that’s hard to match; making it a trusted choice for brokers across the country,” said Green.

“It’s the genuine commitment to being helpful, the can-do attitude to helping brokers get the deal done, and the energy of the team that I’ve always admired. It’s not just about a great proposition, it’s about the people; and Pepper Money is known for exactly that,” he added.

Pepper Money has also welcomed Vince Gaggiano (pictured, left) as senior business development manager.

Gaggiano comes with more than 27 years in banking and broker relationships, including nearly a decade at NAB’s white-label department Advantedge.

“Pepper Money’s reputation as Australia’s leading non-bank lender was a huge drawcard for me. When it comes to non-bank lending, Pepper Money isn’t just in the game, it’s leading it. With a reputation for reliability, consistency, and innovation, it’s become the household name of non-banks,” said Gaggiano.

Barry Saoud, general manager of mortgages and commercial lending at Pepper Money, sees these appointments as pivotal to growth at the non-bank lender.

“We’re currently experiencing a strong rate of growth and aspire to continue this positive trajectory for the future, and these strategic appointments are central to accelerating that momentum. We remain ambitious and excited about the opportunities ahead as we continue to expand our footprint and innovate in broker support,” he said.

“We’re thrilled to welcome both Nick and Vince to our growing team in Victoria," Saoud added. "They bring deep industry experience, energy, and broker-first thinking to their roles  qualities that align strongly with our commitment to providing brokers with fast, flexible, and consistent experiences."
