Stuart joins as non-bank lender gears up for expansion
MA Money has appointed Craig Stuart (pictured) as its new head of commercial as the non-bank lender prepares to launch a new suite of commercial loan products next month
Stuart most recently acted as national commercial business development manager at RedZed. He has spent nearly 30 years in the mortgage industry.
MA Money’s national sales manager Tim Lemon said Stuart’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for the business.
“We are committed to ensuring brokers and their clients enjoy the best possible experience with our new commercial products,” said Lemon.
“The seamless credit process and high standards brokers have come to expect from our residential range will be carried over into our commercial loans. We’re excited to bring this new offering to market, and Craig is the right person to lead this division and drive long-term growth for MA Money.”
On his new appointment, Stuart said: “Commercial lending is one of the most exciting growth areas for brokers right now, and I want to make sure MA Money is the partner they turn to for opportunity and support.
“My goal is to make it simpler for brokers and their clients, while providing the same consistency, support and personal service that MA Money is known for on the residential side. Brokers are looking for trusted partners to help them diversify and grow – and that’s exactly what we want our commercial division to deliver.”
MA Money’s launch of new commercial products, including commercial SMSF loans, marks a new milestone for the group.
“We believe this will broaden MA Money’s offering to brokers and reinforce our commitment to providing flexible solutions backed by outstanding service,” Lemon said.
