MFAA Accredited Brokers to be promoted across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and more

MFAA announces 2026 national consumer campaign

The Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) is set to launch its 2026 consumer campaign next Tuesday 17 March.

It aims to build on the success of last year’s campaign, which generated more than 324,000 visits to the Find a Broker website, reached an estimated 3.9 million people and delivered more than 21.4 million impressions across digital and social channels.

This year’s campaign, running nationally until 30 April, is designed to steer borrowers toward MFAA Accredited Brokers and underline the professionalism, trust and high standards that make them stand out

The campaign will target Facebook, Instagram, the Google Display Network, YouTube and LiSTNR. Audiences will be directed to the MFAA’s Find a Broker portal, which links customers to the MFAA’s 16,000-strong broker network.

“We saw how widely embraced last year’s campaign was by borrowers looking for support and guidance. Thousands of consumers visited the MFAA’s Find a Broker website and we hope to build on that momentum to reach even more Australians in 2026,” said MFAA chief executive Anja Pannek (pictured).

MFAA Accredited Brokers are encouraged to update their Find a Broker profiles with videos, bios, website social media links, location, languages and any specialist services they offer. They can also download the campaign toolkit and member logo.

Pannek made it clear the campaign is as much about members as consumers.

“The 2026 consumer campaign continues our strong support for MFAA members. There continues to be a high degree of uncertainty in the market for borrowers. We want Australians to know that by choosing an MFAA Accredited Broker, they’re making a smart choice,” she said.
