Bluestone Mortgages no longer offers new home loans in New Zealand, having left the market in August 2024. This exit also included Select Home Loans NZ, which Bluestone underwrote. This move followed a review that found the local market too small and competitive for their business.
Any home loan applications not settled by October 25, 2024, were cancelled as part of this exit. Existing customers will now have their loans managed by Challenger Mortgage Management.
