NZ Adviser has announced nominations are now open for Rising Stars 2025, a showcase of the most promising young professionals driving the future of New Zealand’s mortgage industry.
This is the chance to put forward standout individuals aged 35 or under who are making waves in the sector. Whether they’re brokers, BDMs, support staff or working in a connected role, if they’re shaping the industry, we want to hear about them.

We’re calling on business leaders, mentors and industry peers to nominate the high-performers and future leaders in their midst. These are the professionals who are building client trust, innovating processes and redefining what excellence in mortgage advice looks like.
Winners will be featured in Rising Stars 2025 to be published on the NZ Adviser website this November.
