Leadership additions target broker support, non-QM growth, and appraisal data modernization

Non-QM lender ARDRI and digital mortgage firm ServiceLink have expanded their leadership teams with experienced industry professionals to support growth.
ARDRI has appointed Christine Lacy (pictured left) as vice president of wholesale production. Lacy brings more than 30 years of experience in retail and wholesale lending, particularly in the non-prime mortgage sector. Her background includes leadership roles focused on scaling operations and refining client-focused strategies.
At ARDRI, Lacy is tasked with growing the wholesale division and strengthening broker relationships. Her focus is on improving transparency and communication and building a sales team grounded in collaboration and integrity.
"Joining ARDRI has been incredibly exciting because of the cutting-edge technology and breadth of products," Lacy said. "The company's innovative approach to non-QM lending will transform our industry, and I'm thrilled to be part of a team at the forefront of this evolution."
Lacy began her career in retail lending and credits that experience for shaping her customer-first mindset.
“Retail taught me how to understand the borrower truly,” she said. “For most people, this is the biggest purchase they'll make—and they deserve our best.”
Meanwhile, ServiceLink has named Liz Green (pictured right) as senior vice president of valuation solutions. Green has decades of experience in valuation technology and data standardization and is known for her work on modernizing property risk assessments.
Green will lead the company’s valuation strategy, especially as the appraisal industry transitions to the new Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR) and Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6, the first major reporting overhaul in 20 years.
“ServiceLink has been at the forefront of digitizing mortgage services solutions for many years,” said Matt Woodhouse, managing director of valuation. “Liz’s deep industry knowledge and decades of on-the-ground experience as a valuation powerhouse will help further accelerate ServiceLink’s position as a market leader.”
Green was recently named the Collateral Risk Network’s 2025 Valuation Visionary. She currently chairs the Property and Valuation Services Community of Practice for MISMO and CRN’s Standards Committee. Her previous recognition includes the MBA Tech All-Star award for her leadership in developing valuation and property data standards.
Green is expected to guide ServiceLink and its clients through ongoing industry transitions and further integrate data-driven insights into valuation services.
