Haddad joins AI company as CEO, keeps AIME role

bevri.ai has announced the appointment of Jonathon Haddad as chief executive officer, marking a leadership transition as the artificial intelligence company advances its mortgage automation platform.

The industry executive, who also leads the Association of Independent Mortgage Experts (AIME), confirmed that he will not step aside from his position with the industry association as he enters the new role. He's also set to keep his role as managing partner at Next Door Lending.

Haddad's appointment marks a high-profile addition for the technology firm, which specializes in AI-powered loan origination systems for brokers and non-delegated correspondent lenders.

The company’s platform automates mortgage workflows from initial lead capture through closing, incorporating document processing, underwriting support, and client communication tools. bevri.ai has indicated plans to expand its technology into the real estate, insurance, and legal sectors.

The company has expanded its technology, partnerships and market presence since announcing a partnership with TidalWave, according to a news release.

“We’re taking the power of artificial intelligence and putting it directly in the hands of brokers so they can close faster, communicate better, and focus entirely on relationships instead of process,” Haddad said.

He described his leadership approach as shaped by early career experiences advancing from loan officer to executive roles.

“Technology should amplify human potential, not replace it,” Haddad said. “bevri.ai is here to make complex systems simple, intuitive, and profitable for the people who drive this business every day.”

Jason duPont, an investor in bevri.ai, noted Haddad’s background positions the company to expand its broker-focused automation offerings. “Jonathon’s leadership and bevri’s intelligence platform are poised to reshape how brokers experience automation, combining innovation with real-world impact,” duPont said.

bevri.ai targets mortgage brokers and non-delegated correspondent lenders seeking to reduce manual processes in loan origination.
