Kind Lending, AIME launch partnership to provide wholesale broker support

Kind Lending has announced a new partnership with the Association of Independent Mortgage Experts (AIME) to provide resources and support for wholesale mortgage brokers.

The collaboration will give AIME members access to Kind Lending’s proprietary Kwikie Broker Portal, a technology platform offering fast loan submissions, automated underwriting, and customizable loan products built for today’s market conditions.

Kind Lending said the partnership underscores its continued commitment to empowering independent mortgage brokers with both digital tools and personalized support.

"Mortgage brokers are the backbone of this industry, and at Kind Lending, their success is our mission," Delfino Aguilar, chief production officer of Kind Lending, said in a press release. "Teaming up with AIME means delivering the tools, training, and support brokers need to lead and innovate."

In addition to its tech platform, Kind Lending offers AIME members access to a team of account executives with an average of more than 20 years of experience. The company emphasized that this expertise is intended to provide brokers with practical market insights and ongoing, hands-on guidance to help them succeed.

Kind Lending is also highlighting its “Top Dog Program”, a broker recognition initiative launched in January. The program provides a tiered structure of benefits and performance-based incentives, including early access to new programs, event participation, and exclusive waivers. The rewards are tied to milestone achievements designed to encourage growth and efficiency within broker operations.

AIME, which serves as a national trade association for independent mortgage brokers, provides advocacy, training, and community engagement to its members across the US.

By aligning with the organization, Kind Lending reinforces its brand as a broker-first lender, combining next-gen technology with relationship-focused support.

The company said the partnership is part of a long-term goal to help brokers remain competitive and resilient in a fast-changing market.
