Award-winning broker joins MPA to discuss career, the She Means Business program and mentoring the next generation
Peita Davies (pictured) has racked up dozens of accolades in over two decades as a mortgage finance expert.
A community-minded broker, she joined the MoneyQuest team in 2020 with two franchise locations in Penrith and the Blue Mountains.
Peita has won many high-profile national and state-based industry awards, including Broker of the Year and Customer Service of the Year on multiple occasions.
In 2025, Davies was announced as one of the 10 member businesses to be selected for the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA)’s She Means Business Pilot program.
She Means Business is an initiative aimed at boosting gender diversity in the mortgage and finance broking sector.
Now, Davies is mentoring a new wave of talented brokers in the mortgage industry. She recently joined MPA for a chat about her career, the She Means Business program and the broking industry as a whole.
