MPA is proud to announce the Top Mortgage Employers of 2025.
These businesses demonstrated the highest satisfaction ratings through anonymous employee surveys, across fields including compensation, employee development, culture and work environment.
Career development emerged as the primary driver of employee retention in 2025, with staff more likely to remain at organisations that offer clear opportunities for advancement.
As one employee said of La Trobe Financial: "The company has strived to be a leader in guiding and training staff to their full potential."
Hybrid working arrangements, a positive company culture and meaningful recognition were also identified as highly valued factors among employees.
