Bridgitte Turner to support advisers across Northland and Auckland North/West

Avanti Finance has announced the appointment of Bridgitte Turner (pictured) as its new property business development manager, responsible for the Northland and Auckland North and West regions.
Turner brings more than 16 years of experience in the financial services and property sectors, having started her career as a mortgage broker before joining ANZ Bank. There, she held leadership positions including branch manager and BDM.
Supporting advisers with flexible lending solutions
In her new role, Turner will work closely with mortgage advisers to help them navigate lending scenarios and access tailored loan solutions.
“I’m excited to embark on this new chapter as business development manager at Avanti Finance,” Turner said. “I look forward to working with an award-winning team and helping our adviser network deliver tailored solutions to meet their clients’ unique needs.”
Turner’s appointment follows a wave of strategic momentum for Avanti Finance, including its recent nationwide roadshow in June, which brought together hundreds of advisers, brokers, and industry partners across four major centres. The event showcased Avanti’s refreshed brand, commitment to partnerships, and long-term growth strategy.
It also comes shortly after Avanti appointed Brad Lang as group CFO – part of the lender’s broader expansion phase and transformation into a tech-forward, multi-product business with more than $2.8 billion in assets and over 300,000 customers.
Avanti commits to fast, flexible support
Ian Boyce, general manager of property at Avanti Finance, said Turner’s appointment enhances the lender’s ability to deliver high-touch support across the country.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Bridgitte to the team. With a dedicated business development team of six, along with 18 lending specialists and support staff covering the length of the country, Avanti Property Lending is well-positioned to deliver the fast, flexible, and personalised support advisers need to grow their business.”
