MPA announces its list of the best mortgage originators
Mortgage Professional America is proud to announce its $100M Club for 2025, recognizing the top mortgage originators based on loan volume closed.
This year's list of winners, announced today, includes RCN Capital's Matt Ferrigno, who had more than $238 million in loan volume in 2024.
To earn a spot on this list, a loan originator had to close more than $100 million in loans in a 12-month period. It is estimated that less than 1% of all originators reach this lofty achievement. Brokers who achieve this excel in three areas: scale, systems, and trust.
Members of the $100M club combined for a total loan volume of over $3.8 billion, with an average of over 800 loans.
