Nominations for the 2025 Australian Mortgage Awards are now live!

This prestigious annual event honours the outstanding achievements of Australia’s top brokers, brokerages, lenders, aggregators, business development managers and industry professionals.

Key Media is proud to host the who’s who of mortgages on Friday, October 17, at The Fullerton Hotel, Sydney, alongside event partner Westpac, premium sponsors Liberty and NAB, and a raft of award sponsors.

Australian music icon Daryl Braithwaite will lead the entertainment proceedings with comedian Dave Hughes providing the MC duties.

MPA is taking submissions from Monday, 2 June to Friday, 4 July for 28 categories, including:

  • AMP Bank Brokerage of the Year – Regional
  • Bankwest New Brokerage of the Year
  • ANZ Woman of Distinction
  • Firstmac Best Aggregator BDM
  • Mortgage Street Best Major Bank BDM
  • Mortgage Choice Best Non-Bank BDM
  • RedZed Fintech Lender of the Year
  • Keystone Capital Mortgage Manager of the Year

Bayside Residential and Commercial Mortgages under managing director Kevin Wheatley (pictured right, accepting award from MFAA CEO Anja Pannek) took home MFAA Brokerage Of The Year in 2024, with other awards winners including Lily Parle at Westpac for best major bank BDM; Simplicity Loans & Advisory’s Jean-Pierre Gortan for best commercial broker; and Alvie Oliveira of Capta Financial for residential broker of the year.
