“I’m really looking forward to celebrating the incredible work being done across the industry,” said David Smith, chief distribution officer of Liberty (pictured right, presenting award to Australian Brokerage of the Year winner Bayside Residential and Commercial Mortgages’ Kevin Wheatley). “The AMAs are a great opportunity to come together, recognise the achievements of our peers, and reflect on how far we’ve come. It’s also a chance to connect with brokers, lenders, and partners who are all playing a part in shaping the future of mortgage lending.”
Smith added: “This industry is built on relationships, trust, and hard work – and awards like the AMAs give us a moment to pause and acknowledge the people who are going above and beyond.
“Whether it’s an individual delivering outstanding customer outcomes or a brokerage driving innovation behind the scenes, these events help shine a light on those moving the industry forward.”
“NAB couldn’t be more excited for the upcoming 2025 Australian Mortgage Awards to commend those who work so hard to make a borrower's journey a positive and simple one,” said Adam Brown, the banking major’s executive, broker distribution.
“As the bank behind the broker, NAB is proud to once again to be a partner of the highly anticipated Australian Mortgage Awards.
“Brokers and aggregators show incredible commitment to getting great outcomes for customers, and these awards are important to give us all the opportunity to be inspired by excellence across the mortgage industry over the past year. Congratulations again to all finalists.”
