Specialist lender adds experienced executive to leadership team

Foundation Home Loans hires new CCO

Foundation Home Loans has announced the appointment of Alan Davison (pictured top) as its new chief commercial officer (CCO), subject to regulatory approval.

Davison joins the specialist lender from Afin Bank, where he also served as chief commercial officer. He brings more than 25 years’ experience in financial services, spanning lending, distribution, and commercial strategy roles.

His previous positions include distribution director, personal finance, at Together, and head of conduct & customer experience, marketing, at RBS, giving him a broad background across specialist lending and customer-focused functions.

Foundation Home Loans said the hire is intended to strengthen its senior management team and support the company’s growth plans in its key specialist buy-to-let and residential markets, with a particular focus on intermediary relationships and origination volumes.
