Partnership promises to streamlining of process

The National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB) has named Nivo as its official artificial intelligence (AI) partner.
The partnership introduces Nivo’s AI-powered solution as a tool to ease the administrative load faced by brokers. Built specifically for specialist lending, the technology is designed to streamline tasks associated with loan origination, including data collection, identity verification (ID&V), anti-money laundering (AML) checks, credit searches, open banking, and e-signatures, a news release highlighted.
According to Nivo, its AI acts as a virtual assistant that operates around the clock via email without the need for new system integrations. It is designed to guide brokers through lender-specific workflows, generating fully packaged and compliant cases while ensuring broker commissions and human oversight are maintained.
Nivo CEO Matthew Elliott (pictured) said the goal is to reduce repetitive administrative work through “smart technology,” with the latest developments representing a “whole new level.”
“We’ve built something powerful, but the real test is how it performs in the wild,” Elliott said. “That’s why we’re inviting NACFB members to help shape the future of this tech, solve real problems, and push the boundaries of what AI can do for our industry.”
To launch the partnership, Nivo has rolled out a pilot programme exclusive to NACFB members, the news release noted. The initiative, which began on May 27, grants participants early access to the platform, personalized onboarding support, and an opportunity to influence the evolution of the technology. As of early June, more than 50 NACFB Members had signed up.
The programme is part of a broader effort to integrate AI more deeply into broker-lender interactions. The company said that over 100 lenders and 1 million brokers have already used Nivo’s core platform.
Brokers interested in joining the pilot are encouraged to register through Nivo’s website. Nivo will also host NivoCon on July 17, a free event featuring insights from the pilot programme and details on the broader AI initiative.
