New role brings together distribution, digital and AI agenda across specialist brands
Specialist lender OSB Group has promoted Adrian Moloney (pictured top) to the new position of group lending distribution director, with responsibility for intermediary distribution and the group’s technology-led engagement strategy with brokers.
In the expanded remit, Moloney will oversee lending distribution across the group’s three specialist lending brands – Precise, Rely and InterBay – with a brief to align broker engagement, digital development and use of artificial intelligence across the portfolio.
The role will focus on improving the end‑to‑end experience for intermediaries, including digital tools, data use and case handling processes, with the aim of reducing friction in broker interactions and supporting more efficient decision making.
OSB Group said the appointment forms part of a broader push to apply data, digital capability and AI to support intermediaries operating in a more complex lending landscape, while retaining the specialist expertise underpinning its proposition.
“Adrian has been instrumental in building trusted partnerships with intermediaries and growing our diversified lending offering over many years.” said Jon Hall (pictured right), group managing director of mortgages and savings at OSB Group.
“Adrian’s promotion marks an important step in our strategy to combine human expertise with digital and AI-driven capability. Adrian has a strong track record of leadership and a clear vision for how technology can enhance – not replace – trusted broker relationships.”
Commenting on his promotion, Moloney said the focus would be on practical applications of technology that support brokers’ day‑to‑day work.
“I’m delighted to take on this role at such a pivotal moment for OSB Group,” he said. “We have a real opportunity to redefine how specialist lenders support intermediaries by using digital and AI in practical, meaningful ways – from smarter case progression to better insight and faster decisions.”
