Programme to provide marketing resources and expert insights for industry professionals

Mortgage, protection, and compliance services provider Paradigm has announced the launch of its fourth annual School of Marketing, an initiative aimed at supporting advisory firms in enhancing their marketing efforts and client engagement.
Throughout August, the programme — branded as ‘Marketing Month’ — will offer a range of resources such as guides, blogs, infographics, videos, and expert commentary. These materials are designed to address core marketing topics relevant to advisers, including strategy development, branding, digital tools, and client communications.
The School of Marketing will focus on several themes: understanding target audiences and utilising free marketing tools; selecting and using social media platforms, including TikTok; building personal and corporate brands; ensuring GDPR compliance in email marketing; optimising website content and employing AI tools; and planning and measuring marketing activities.
This year’s schedule will also include contributions from Paradigm’s lender and provider partners, who will share their marketing expertise through audio segments distributed on social media.
“We’re very pleased to be able to launch our fourth annual School of Marketing, providing firms with another summer of dedicated support to refresh and improve their marketing activity,” said Riona Mulherin (pictured right), director of marketing and operations at Paradigm Mortgage Services.
“Whether firms are starting from scratch or looking to fine-tune their existing strategy, our programme is designed to be practical, accessible, and deliver real results.
“Advisers are busy, and marketing can often be overlooked, but even small changes can make a big difference to client engagement and lead generation. Over the coming weeks, we’ll guide firms through the tools and techniques that can help them stand out in a competitive market and strengthen their relationships with existing and prospective clients.”
