Envelop, Versed, PRIMIS, and Gen H add senior talent to drive broker-focused growth

Several firms have announced key appointments as they continue to strengthen operations and enhance broker support.
Envelop, a specialist finance packager, has named Adrian Wickham (pictured far left) as its new chief commercial officer.
With experience spanning construction, landscaping, legal services and corporate development, Wickham brings a strong background in business growth and commercial operations. In his new role, he will lead Envelop’s commercial strategy, focusing on broker relationships, distribution channels and scalable performance.
Meanwhile, Versed Financial, an appointed representative of Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA), has appointed broadcaster and mortgage expert Sally Mitchell (pictured second from left) as a mortgage and protection consultant.
Mitchell, known for her media commentary on the mortgage market, will work with clients navigating complex and high-value purchases. She joins after reaching out to co-founders Kim Balasubramaniam and Katrina Horstead, drawn by the firm’s rapid growth.
PRIMIS Mortgage Network has also brought in Niamh Downey (pictured second from right) as regional sales director for the South East.
Downey joins from Bluestone, where she most recently served as head of business development. With more than eight years in the industry, she has worked across both distribution and lending, supporting broker engagement and proposition development.
Elsewhere, fintech mortgage lender Gen H has welcomed back Paddy Doyle (pictured far right) as its first intermediary sales lead.
Doyle, who left the company in 2023, returns to support the lender’s focus on broker engagement and business development. His appointment follows the company’s transition to an intermediary-only model last year and recent product launches such as New Build Boost. Gen H’s sales team now includes seven professionals dedicated to supporting brokers nationwide.
These appointments underscore continued investment by lenders and broker networks in strengthening leadership and intermediary support amid a competitive market landscape..
